Refund Policy

At Chrome Leaf Digital Designs, we believe you should know what you're buying before you spend your money. That's why every project begins with a complimentary Website Preview. This Refund Policy explains when payments are required and how cancellations are handled.

1. Complimentary Website Preview

Your personalized Website Preview is completely free.

No payment is required to request or review your preview.
There is no obligation to purchase a website after viewing your preview.
If you decide not to move forward, you owe nothing.

The Website Preview is provided solely for evaluation and remains the property of Chrome Leaf Digital Designs unless purchased.

2. When Payment Is Required

Payment is not due until you have:

Reviewed your Website Preview.
Decided to move forward with your website project.

Once you accept the preview and authorize the project to begin, the payment schedule outlined in your Website Design Agreement applies.

3. Refunds After Project Approval

Website design is a custom service created specifically for your business.

Because work begins immediately after project approval, payments are generally non-refundable once the project has been accepted.

Refunds will not be issued for work that has already been completed.

4. If the Client Cancels

If you choose to cancel after approving the project:

You are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Any remaining unpaid balance for completed work becomes due immediately.
Work not yet performed will not be billed.

No ownership rights transfer unless all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

5. If Chrome Leaf Digital Designs Cancels

Chrome Leaf Digital Designs reserves the right to cancel a project if, for example:

Required information is not provided.
Payments become overdue.
Communication stops for an extended period.
The project changes substantially from the original agreement.
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior occurs.

If Chrome Leaf Digital Designs cancels the project for reasons unrelated to the Client's conduct or failure to meet their responsibilities, any payment made for work not yet completed will be refunded.

6. Completed Work

Any work completed before cancellation remains the intellectual property of Chrome Leaf Digital Designs unless ownership has transferred under the Website Design Agreement following full payment.

Completed work may not be copied, published, modified, or used without written permission.

7. Chargebacks

If you have concerns about your project or an invoice, please contact Chrome Leaf Digital Designs first so we can work toward a fair resolution.

Initiating a credit card chargeback for services that have been delivered or work that has already been completed may delay project completion and could result in suspension of services while the matter is being reviewed.
