Website Preview Terms

Thank you for your interest in Chrome Leaf Digital Designs.

Our complimentary Website Preview is designed to help you make an informed decision before purchasing a website. By requesting or viewing a Website Preview, you agree to the following terms.

1. What Is a Website Preview?

A Website Preview is a complimentary demonstration created specifically for your business. It is intended to show the proposed design direction, layout, branding, messaging, and overall look and feel of your future website.

The preview is provided solely to help you evaluate whether Chrome Leaf Digital Designs is the right fit for your project. It is not a completed website and may not include every page, feature, or functionality that would be included in the finished product.

2. Evaluation Only

The Website Preview is provided for your personal review and evaluation only.

Receiving a preview does not obligate you to purchase a website, and Chrome Leaf Digital Designs is under no obligation to complete or publish the preview unless a Website Design Agreement has been accepted by both parties.

3. Ownership

All Website Previews, including their design, layout, graphics, written content, structure, code, concepts, and other creative elements, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Chrome Leaf Digital Designs unless and until ownership is transferred under a separate written agreement following full payment.

Viewing a preview does not grant you any ownership, license, or right to use any portion of the preview.

4. Permitted Use

You may review the Website Preview privately to determine whether you would like to move forward with your project.

No other use is permitted without prior written permission from Chrome Leaf Digital Designs.

5. Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission, you may not:

Copy or reproduce any portion of the Website Preview.
Use screenshots or images from the preview for commercial purposes.
Publish or display the preview publicly.
Share the preview with another designer or developer for the purpose of recreating, modifying, or completing the design.
Recreate or imitate the overall design, layout, branding, or visual presentation of the preview.
Use any written content, graphics, images, or code contained within the preview.
Represent the preview as your own work or the work of another designer.

These restrictions remain in effect unless the completed website has been purchased and ownership has been transferred in writing.

6. One Complimentary Preview

Each business is eligible for one complimentary initial Website Preview unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional preview concepts, significant revisions, or new design directions may require a paid consultation or the purchase of a website package.

7. No Guarantee of Availability

Creating a Website Preview does not guarantee that Chrome Leaf Digital Designs will accept or complete your project.

We reserve the right to decline any project, discontinue discussions, or refuse service at our sole discretion, including when a project is outside our expertise, our schedule does not permit additional work, or we believe we are not the right fit.

8. Accuracy of Information

The quality of your Website Preview depends on the information you provide.

You are responsible for supplying accurate business information, contact details, and any materials you choose to include in the preview.

9. No Obligation

The Website Preview is offered without obligation.

You are free to decide not to purchase a website after reviewing the preview.

Likewise, Chrome Leaf Digital Designs is not obligated to proceed with a project unless both parties agree to move forward under a separate Website Design Agreement.
